The Basic Party Package
Our Basic Party Package starts at $295 and includes everything you need for a fun and stress-free celebration:
- 90-minute event for up to 12 guests (additional guests: $10 each)
- A choice of one treat per guest: single-scoop sundae, cone, cup, small shake, float, or ice cream sandwich
- A special Dairy Hill t-shirt for the guest of honor
- Dairy Hill stickers for all guests
- Party games and activities
- Custom selfie wall and personalized A-board for photos
- Reserved tables with festive decorations
- Setup and cleanup included so that you and your guests can just enjoy the party!

Booking Your Party - the Fine Print
- Events are available any time between 11am and 2pm. We may be able to accommodate later time slots pending availability, but there may be an additional charge.
- Reserve a portion of the shop or the entire space for your group. The basic party package price is for partial reservation, meaning we will still allow other customers to come in. If you want to close the shop for your party, there will be an additional fee.
- Setup and cleanup are included, and you can arrive early to decorate.
- Our friendly staff will be there to assist with serving and activities.
- A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due on the day of the party.

Yes! Our locations in Hillsdale, Lake Oswego, West Linn, Hawthorne, and Sellwood are ideal, inexpensive party venues for hosting memorable events. Which Dairy Hill locations can host a birthday party or private event?
All five of our ice cream shops in Hillsdale (SW Portland), Lake Oswego, West Linn, Hawthorne (SE Portland), and Sellwood (SE Portland) have capacity for private or semi-private birthday parties and other special events. Our capacity varies by location, from 15 at our Lake Oswego shop up to much larger cross at other locations.
