Cake Order TIps

Thank you for ordering an ice cream cake from Dairy Hill Ice Cream!

Prior to your pickup date, please review the following information to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience when you come to get your cake:

—Once you bring it home, your cake will be fine stored in your home freezer until you need it. Just take it out about 15-30 minutes, depending on the size, before serving!

—If you are trying to make room in your freezer, our standard cake box measures 10″ x 10″ x 5.5″ (large sheet box is 10″ x 14″ x 6″). If you are transporting your cake to a location more than 30 minutes away, bringing a cooler with ice packs or dry ice (on top only) is highly recommended.

—You can come to get your cake at any time during business hours on your pickup date; there is no need to call ahead or make an appointment. If plans change, and you end up needing to pick up your cake after the DATE specified on your order, just send an email to cakes@dairyhillicecream.com, or call your pickup location during regular business hours to let us know.

Cancellations will be accepted up to 72 hours before your scheduled pickup date, with refund available as store credit only.

—If you are picking up your cake on the way to your event, please keep in mind that, especially during our peak season, the shop may be busy and you may have to wait several minutes to be given your cake. Please allow extra time for pickup to avoid stress on all sides.

—When you pick up your order, please take a minute to look in the box to verify that you have been given the correct cake! Especially on the weekends, it can be a bit chaotic in our shops, and bringing home the wrong cake can lead to frustration and disappointment for everybody.
